Sand Dunes

On Wednesday we went to the beach we learnt a lot about Sand Dunes we did actives but the worst thing was that you would get so much sand in your eyes and it was so cold.

My Passion Project

In my class we have been doing a Passion Project I have picked Roblox because its my favourite game ever! I have made a google slide to show why and facts about Roblox.

S.T.E.M

Today we were doing S.T.E.M what we did was we had to build a bridge that held up two school books. My group passed and my one was so colourful and strong. What went well is that it actually worked and didn't fall apart so im happy that it worked.
Our next step is to keep on doing what we did because it worked.

W.A.L.T: Work together to problem solve

Today we did S.T.E.M witch is Science, Technology Engineering and Maths. Every Friday we do S.T.E.M, What we do is our teachers from Room 2 & 4 give us a task example: Today we had to make a rail ramp for a marble. My groups one wasn't that good it had tape all over it.
What was really hard was getting the shape and then taping it together.
Nothing went well we had a really bad one compared to others.
Our next step is probably trying to get our project done before the timer runs out.

Wellington Trip 12/10/19

Today we went to the market and there was a under ground market it was so cool my sister Rosa she kept on looking at these hippy pants, finally she bought them I bought this gold necklace and very colourful earrings then after we had lunch I had chips they were so warm because it was really cold so it was warming me up then we went to Te Papa and I went into this earthquake room ad it was shaking it was fun then we looked at this bird place it had penguin's and birds. We walked to Lola Stays it was a cafe that we were eating lunch at, we were meeting Luca and David also Coco and Tash then we got some thing to eat and drink then we started to walk home we went to this bar on the way and I had a lemonade then we just started to walk back home and had dinner and went to bed.

Wellington Trip 11/10/19

In the morning we had breakfast then we got ready to walk around town we left my godmothers house were we were staying so we walked to town because we lived very close to town we lived right next to it, you can see it from my window when we got there we looked at the bee hive and it was so big I wanted to see our prime mister but she wasn't there. The we looked at all the shops and bought some clothes well my sister and my mum,nana and I think grace did bought clothes but not me so I was bored the whole time but my godmother she bought me some daisy earrings they were really pretty then we kept on walking down Cuba street where all the shops were then we had lunch at this cafe restaurant thing I got a burger with bacon and chips I had this sauce with the chips and it was so gross so my mum asked for tomato sauce then after we went shopping again then after a hour we headed back home and got ready for Wow my sister Rosa thought that I looked like a princess, the people that were coming to Wow with us is Rosa, Nana, Grace, my Mum, Gail . So Derryn ( my godmother) dropped us of at the train station and we walked to the One Red Dog to eat dinner, my cousin Luca came with my uncle David then we ate some dinner I had Hawaii pizza and a banana milkshake it was so good! Then we kept playing would you rather and Luca came up with really weird ones and really funny ones to. Then my other cousin Coco came with my aunty Tash then we all walked to Wow laughing our heads of because of Luca then when we got to Wow Luca went home with David then Tash and Coco stayed to watch Wow then we got in our seats my view was amazing but the clothes was best of the best they were so colourful and so amazing it was great my favourite one was this white gown tipe dress and if she put her hands up above her head the dress would come with it, it looked like a angel it was so cool my second favourite was this orange one it had spikes on the ground then all of a sudden they came up and when all the spikes were up it looked like a flower it was amazing then after we walked home through the train station and guess what I saw I saw the platform 9 and 3/4 platform from harry potter my mum took a photo of me with it, it was so cool! Then after we just walked home it was cold but I didn't mind then we came home and went to bed.
