In room 4 we are learning about haikus, it is a type

of  Japanese poem. How you make it you use

5 syllables the 7 syllables then 5 syllables again

Respecting the environment

Sustainability is looking arfter the world, if we litter sea creatures could die 

because the rubish is going into the sea and killing the animals. If we do little

  things  it could turn into a big thing like if you start putting papper into the

reclyeing that could turn into a big thing!

Crazy Chocies

We are learning about school expectations, and how to follow them if you didn't 

follow them it would be so dangerss not only for me but probolly the whole world

some of the expectations are vocices off when someones talking, sit by someone

Saint Angela Merici

We are learning about Saints and how to be like them. 

I chose the Saint Angela Merici, I chose her bec-

ause she was so much like Jesus and that she makes 

good chorse's and also she belived in God.

Super Swimming

My swimming goal, Is to try and hold my breath for longer when I am doing my

swimming. Im going to do that by blowing bubbles. It was very hard for me to do 

that goal because it was a new skill to learn. My favourite bit was the life jaket day

we learnt how to be safe in rivers, lakes and the ocean. At your swimming lessons 

is there somthing you think is hard for you?

Sparkling Shapes

In room 4 we are learning to identify 2D and 3D shapes . This term we learnt how 

to make nets if you don't know what nets are it is the starting of the shape the 

hardest bit for me was the triangle. We also learnt the Te Reo Māori names

for the shapes some of the Māori names were . The

Heart was Manawa , star was Whetū , ovel was porotītaha , circle was porowhita , 

dimond was Taimana there all of the shapes we learnt in Te Reo Māori.
